Since 2010, the Nelson based Pura Vida Foundation has been bringing Christmas to the Andean children of Peru. And last year thanks to numerous donations we were able to give more than 500 children an unforgettable Christmas. We were also lucky enough to produce a small film on what Maria the daughter of the founder and his wife has been doing, since she could stand on her own two feet. And this year we are looking to give even more kids a Christmas present, clothes and food. We know giving out gifts and hot chocolate isn’t a solution to poverty, but at least for this one day they don’t have to think about poverty. So please help us give these kids a Christmas they will never forget.
